360 Degree Feedback

360-degree feedback is also known as multi-rater feedback, multi-source feedback, or multi-source assessment.  Most often, 360º feedback will include direct feedback from an employee’s subordinates, peers, and supervisor(s), which also includes self-evaluation.  We will construct the most appropriate feedback group through you and your supervisors.  It can also contain, in some cases, feedback from external sources, such as customers and suppliers, or other interested stakeholders.


The AEC® Colour Method (Arc-en-Ciel in France) leads the European Market in providing the best behavior and values assessments.  It is based on the original DISC questionnaire, created and distributed throughout the world by the Clever Company for more than 50 years.  The answers to this questionnaire permit to underline the “basic style” or “natural style” of an individual.  These two styles allow a better knowledge of an individual’s dynamics in relation to its environment.
